2- Definitions

  1. "Company" (referred to as either "Company", "we", "us" or "our" in this Agreement) refers to the https://nrdevo.com and https://www.nrdevo.com website.

    1. According to the Saudi E-commerce system, it is an activity of an economic nature carried out by the service provider and the consumer - in whole or in part - by electronic means; in order to sell products, provide services, advertise them, or exchange data related to them.

For the purposes of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), refers to the Company as the legal entity that collects consumers’ personal information and determines the purposes and means of processing such personal information, or on behalf of which the information is collected, which alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of processing consumers’ personal information, and which does business in the State of California.

  3. Use of Community Services
    The Community Services are provided as a convenience to users and Nrdevo is under no obligation to provide or participate in any technical support for the Community Services. While the Community Services may contain information about Nrdevo’s products and services, including information from Nrdevo employees, they are not an official customer support channel for Nrdevo. You may use the Software, Materials and Community Services in accordance with the following:
    1. Use for your personal, informational, non-commercial purposes only.
    2. Modify or alter in any way.
    3. Redistribute the Software and Materials.

5- Reservation of Rights

All rights in the Site and its Content, including, without limitation, copyrights and trademarks, are owned by the Company or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify or publish any part of the Site or its Content without the prior written permission of the Company. The Site and the Content are the intellectual property and copyrighted works of Nrdevo. All rights, title and interest not expressly granted in writing in and to the Site and the Content provided on or through the Site are reserved to us. 6- Your Content

  1. You are permitted to use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. By Posting Content, you grant Nrdevo a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive, fully sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, host, publish, publicly perform, publicly display, broadcast, transmit, stream and distribute the Content for any purpose and in any form, medium or technology now known or later developed. This includes, without limitation, the right to incorporate or perform the Content into any Nrdevo product or service, and to display, market, sublicense, and distribute the Content as incorporated or included in any product or service distributed or provided by Nrdevo without compensation to you. You warrant that: you have the right and authority to grant this license , Nrdevo’s exercise of the rights granted under this license will not infringe or otherwise violate the rights of any third party; and , all purported moral rights in the Content have been waived to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  2. User is solely responsible for any Content that he or she posts on the Nrdevo Site.
  3. You agree that you will not use the Site in a manner or share any Content that:
    1. is false or misleading.
    2. is defamatory, abusive, obscene, harassing, or otherwise offensive to others.
    3. Violates the privacy of others or includes, copies or transmits confidential, sensitive or personal information of others.
    4. Promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any Islamic country, group or individual.
    5. Is obscene or indecent.
    6. Violates, infringes or promotes the infringement or violation of the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
    7. Violates or promotes the violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
    8. Contains any viruses, Trojan horses or other components designed to restrict or damage the functionality of a computer.
      Nrdevo may report you to the relevant authorities and may act to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws if you transmit or upload content that is intended or designed to cause harm and we will report any content you share that violates any applicable laws where we are required to do so by law.
  4. The user is responsible for any damage to the site or others as a result of its unlawful use.
  5. Nrdevo does not wish to receive confidential information from you through or in connection with the Site. Regardless of anything you may notice or remember in connection with the sharing of Content, it will not be considered confidential information and will be received and treated by Nrdevo on a non-confidential and unrestricted basis and Nrdevo will not take and will not be obligated to take any steps to protect the confidentiality of any information you share, other than as set forth in Nrdevo’s Privacy Policy.

You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any parts of the Site or any Nrdevo accounts, computer systems, or networks. You agree not to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site or any Nrdevo accounts, computer systems, or networks. You also agree not to use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the Site or any Nrdevo accounts, computer systems or networks without the express written permission of Nrdevo.

If any of the Services require you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. 8- Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Nrdevo, its officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, due to or arising out of the Content you share, your violation of these Terms of Use or any additional rules, guidelines or terms of use posted for a particular area of the Site or the Content provided on or through the Site, or your infringement or violation of any third party's rights, including intellectual property rights.

Nrdevo is not obligated to monitor the Site or to screen the Content shared on or through the Software or the Site. However, Nrdevo reserves the right to review the Site and the Content and monitor all use and activity on the Site without obligation to do so, and to remove or choose not to provide any Content on or through the Site in its sole discretion. Nrdevo may remove confidential or proprietary Content from a third party without permission from that third party. We may use technology and/or human moderators to review Content in the Community Services proactively and reactively (for example, upon receipt of a formal notice or statement from users or authorities). In no event shall NRDEVO be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or damages for loss of profits, revenues, data or use of data, incurred by you or any third party, whether in a contractual or criminal action, arising from your access to or use of the Site or any content provided on or through the Site, and we are committed to fair and honest dealings with all users.

13 - Service Warranty

  1. We at Nrdevo are committed to protecting the rights of the buyer and guarantee the service for 14 days after receiving it as long as the agreement with the seller was made within the Site and did not violate any of the terms of use or warranty.
  2. If you do not receive the service as required or notice a problem with the work received, try to ask the technical support team, the support team has the right to make an appropriate decision according to the details of the service.

14- Exclusions and Limitations

Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer or exclusion of certain warranties or the disclaimer, exclusion or limitation of liability.   3. Refund of amounts paid to the Nrdevo account upon cancellation of any order, the price of which is automatically returned to the buyer's account in Nrdevo and can be used to purchase new services. You can check your balance through the balance page.

18- Applicable Laws and Licensing and Distribution Restrictions

  1. All matters relating to your access to and use of the Site and the Content provided on or through it or uploaded to it are subject to Saudi law. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to or use of the Site or the Content must be brought in a Saudi court. You and Nrdevo agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts and agree that the appropriate venue in any legal action or proceeding is appropriate.
